Sobremesa - Real Ale Dark Mild 650ml Size:Single Region: Noosa"Brewed with 100% Australian grown grains from Voyager (NSW). Schooner, Biscuit, Chocolate, Voodoo & Raw Barley. Hopped at the start of boil w Red Earth from Ryefield Hops (NSW) to 19 IBU. This beer was fermented in stainless without temperature control w the same English strain used in the 'Golden' from Mogwai Labs (NSW). Packaged on June 28th and bottle keg conditioned for 3 weeks. This is the first limited release from the Real Ale range. While
